Darcy is available to advise in Employment matters, Estate and Commercial litigation, and Property Law. He has a particular interest in assisting employees to navigate workplace disputes.
Darcy graduated from Monash University in 2024 with an honours degree in Law, completing his GDLP the same year.
Darcy draws upon a broad range of experience in the legal industry. Having spent years developing the skills and experience necessary to fearlessly advocate for clients through positions at the Victorian Government Solicitor, private firms in the Melbourne CBD, and volunteering in a Community Legal Centre, Darcy channels his expertise and passion for advocacy towards obtaining just outcomes for his clients.
Prior to commencing with KLR, Darcy was an associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Darcy is passionate about advocating on behalf of vulnerable members of the community, and assisting young people to assert their workplace rights. He leads KLR’s pro bono workplace advice service for young employees.
Darcy is also a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria and the Law Institute of Victoria.
