Darcy is available to advise in Employment matters, Estate and Commercial litigation, and Property Law. He has a particular interest in assisting the resolution of workplace disputes.

Darcy graduated from Monash University with an honours degree in Law

Darcy draws on a broad range of experience in the legal industry, having spent years developing skills and experience needed to fearlessly advocate for clients. He has held positions at the Victorian Government Solicitor, private firms in the Melbourne CBD, and volunteer positions in a Community Legal Centre.

Prior to commencing with KLR, Darcy was an associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. He now advises clients on matters before Federal and State courts and tribunals.

Darcy is passionate about advocating for vulnerable members of the community, and assisting young people to assert their workplace rights. He leads KLR’s pro bono workplace advice service for young employees.

In addition to his employment and litigation practice, Darcy has a keen interest in medical ethics and constitutional law.

Darcy is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria and the Law Institute of Victoria.
