Specialist Accreditation (Wills & Estates)

We are pleased to report that in October 2018 Keren was granted Specialist Accreditation by the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). This means that she can now call herself a specialist in Wills & Estates. The accreditation process is rigorous requiring months of study before an assessment process involving written and oral assessments. It is a recognition by other experts in the field, of Keren’s demonstrated skill in this area of law.

LIV Specialist Accreditation gives clients, other legal practitioners and professionals referring clients, confidence that the specialist lawyer is skilled in a particular area of law.

It has long been an aspiration of Keren’s to complete the specialist accreditation program. Finally, the timing was right and she is very pleased to have successfully achieved this goal.

This marks a significant milestone in Keren’s shift towards a more specialised focus in the area of Wills & Estates.

I'm very happy to report that after six months of operation we still love coming to work each day!

We have been blessed and encouraged by the support from so many within our community and further afield. We are grateful to the many individuals and businesses who have welcomed us,  made use of our services and recommended us to others.

Our aim is to provide excellent advice and service in a friendly, efficient and affordable manner.  At the end of a matter, we are thrilled when our clients leave smiling, having experienced a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

We have been developing our broad range of practice areas across Wills, Deceased Estates, Conveyancing, Family Law, Sale of Business and Property Law, to name a few.

We have also been identifying core values and an ethos for our firm. This is still a work in progress, but so far the elements that keep bubbling to the surface are Integrity, Compassion, Humility, Affordable Access to Justice... not qualities typically associated with law firms, I realise. And I hesitate to commit to them in writing as I appreciate they are lofty goals. I can't promise that we will always execute them perfectly to everyone's satisfaction, but they are some of the driving forces behind what we do.

In the beginning

Friday 1st November marked our grand opening. Not the ostentatious kind of "grand", but grand nevertheless. We are so excited to begin this journey in which we hope to faithfully serve the legal needs of many in our community. We have so many people to thank for their assistance, encouragement and support in getting us to this point. We could not have done this without you!
