Darcy is available to advise in Employment Law, Wills and Estates and Property Law, and has a particular interest in assisting employees to navigate workplace disputes.
Darcy graduated from Monash University in 2024 with an honours degree in Law, completing his GDLP the same year.
Darcy draws upon a broad range of experience within the legal industry. Having spent years developing the skills and experience necessary to fearlessly advocate for clients, through positions at the Victorian Government Solicitor, private firms in the Melbourne CBD, and volunteering in a Community Legal Centre, Darcy channels his expertise and passion for advocacy towards obtaining just outcomes for his clients, tailored to their needs.
Prior to commencing with KLR, Darcy was an associate to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Darcy is passionate about advocating on behalf of vulnerable members of the community, and assisting young people to assert their workplace rights.
Darcy is also a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria
