Do You Need To Make A Will?

Whether you have a lot or a little to leave behind, here are some of the advantages of making a Will:

  • Be in control of who receives your assets after your death and who will be in charge of carrying out your wishes.
  • Make specific provision for loved ones with disabilities or who need extra protection.
  • Take advantage of arrangements which enable a tax-efficient distribution of your estate.
  • Give directions as to guardianship of your infant children.
  • Specify your funeral wishes.

If you die without leaving a valid Will, your estate will be distributed in accordance with the intestacy provisions set out in the Administration and Probate Act 1958.  This may or may not be in accordance with your wishes.

Our experienced and expert lawyers will ensure that your Will is up to date and specifies your wishes.
